Heather Lavoie serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Geneia, a company helping healthcare organizations improve outcomes and costs through it advanced analytics and insights platform, remote patient monitoring solution, and education and research institute.
During her nearly 30-year tenure in healthcare, Heather has led start-ups, health plans and provider organizations, as well as initiatives to identify and replicate best practices in healthcare use and delivery. She has directed projects for private and public organizations on transparency, diversification, product development and delivery, health cost escalation, operations consolidation, data warehousing, data analytics, and financial reporting.
Heather is a graduate of Notre Dame College and received a Masters of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. She is a sought-after national speaker on healthcare issues.
