Hal is President of Healthcare at Digital Reasoning, following its acquisition of Shareable, where he was President and CEO. A successful entrepreneur, investor, and health care business leader, he was VP and General Manager of Hospital Solutions for Availity, LLC, and Chairman, President and CEO of RevPoint Healthcare Technologies, Inc. Other notable roles include CEO of Data Advantage and leadership roles at Martin Ventures, Cogent Healthcare, Essent Healthcare, InPhact and Arcon Healthcare. He was an attorney at Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis, has two undergraduate degrees from Southern Methodist University, and a law degree from The University of Tennessee.
