Dr. Greg Carroll, MD is the Northwest Market President and Corporate Clinical Leader for GoHealth Urgent Care, one of the nation’s fastest growing urgent care companies. GoHealth Urgent Care partners with leading health systems, such as Legacy Health in Portland, Northwell Health (f/k/a North Shore-LIJ) in New York, and Dignity Health in Northern California, to develop, manage and lead urgent care centers that deliver an innovative and effortless patient experience that is seamlessly integrated into the community continuum of care. Dr. Carroll leads GoHealth Urgent Care’s partner clinical integration and quality efforts. He has spoken nationally on urgent care clinical integration and the transition from volume to value based care. Prior to joining GoHealth Urgent Care, Dr. Carroll was a managing partner for Emergency Specialists of Oregon. Under Dr. Carroll’s leadership, Emergency Specialists of Oregon launched a successful telemedicine program that provided center of excellence quality of care for community-based hospital populations. Dr. Carroll is also founder and former executive director of Reflex Clinic, an innovative clinic specializing in non-surgical orthopedic care. Dr. Carroll has developed robust education, QI and training programs for advanced practice providers in both emergency medicine and urgent care. Dr. Carroll is board-certified in emergency medicine with over 15 years of experience in clinical care. He trained in the UCLA Health System network, where he remained a clinical instructor after residency. Dr. Carroll received his MD from the Tulane University School of Medicine. He has published research articles in microbiology and physiology.
