Debra is the President and CEO of PolyAurum LLC. She comes to PolyAurum with an impressive track record as an accomplished strategic healthcare executive and entrepreneur with diverse and progressive product development and commercialization experience in global pharmaceutical and biomedical companies ranging from start-up to Fortune 500. They include DuPont, Centocor, GSK, Endo Pharmaceuticals and IMS Health. She has bridged the worlds of science and commercialization with proven success in bringing new products from concept through commercial assessment, technical development, launch and life cycle. Debra has worked in multiple therapeutic areas and has extensive experience in oncology, urology, pain medicine, cardiology and rheumatology, running large development programs with and without partners ranging from academic institutions to large multi-national pharmaceutical and device companies. She has extensive experience navigating multiple products through FDA approval and post-marketing commitments. Debra earned a BA in Biology and a BS in Medical Technology from Cedar Crest College. She is board certified in Medical Technology by the American College of Clinical Pathology and is a certified Project Management Professional.
