David is currently the Market President for Accountable Care Solutions from
Aetna, responsible for the design, development and execution of ACO
collaborations, partnering with industry leading integrated delivery systems and
clinically integrated networks.
He is responsible for the development of strategy and execution to launch
innovative, value-based, risk sharing ventures producing private label and
cobranded ACO products for fully and self insured commercial individual,
exchange, small group, public and labor, Large group and national accounts,
Medicare Advantage products in key markets including but not limited to New
Jersey, New York, and New England.
