Chris works in Aon’s Corporate Strategy group and focuses on health care delivery system transformation. She has worked on more than two dozen M&A/divestiture projects, facilitating the redesign and integration of benefit offerings, achieving vendor efficiencies of scale, implementation of new programs and benefit offerings, and administration and communication integration. Chris also helped establish Aon’s Delivery System Transformation (DST) team. She leverages enterprise-wide solutions to advise health systems and employer groups that are interested in the evaluation and implementation of, and participation in new care delivery models such as Accountable Care Organizations and Patient-Centered Medical Homes.
