Tom Lindquist joined Allina Health | Aetna as CEO in March 2018. In his role, Lindquist leads the joint venture, setting the overall strategic direction for the organization and directing the executive team.
Lindquist has an extensive background in the health care industry. Before joining Allina Health | Aetna, he was president of Molina Healthcare of South Carolina, where he developed and led a high performing team that consistently improved quality scores and health outcomes.
Prior to Molina Healthcare, Lindquist was president of AccentCare in Texas, where he led the strategy and operations for facilities throughout the state. His experience also includes leadership positions with UnitedHealthcare, Ochsner Health Plan, Inc. and Memorial Sisters of Charity.
Lindquist received his MBA from the University of Houston and a BBA in management from the University of Texas at Arlington.
