Among her\u00a0 accomplishments at Citi was the digital, process and client\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">experience transformation of Citi\u2019s Global Private Bank, which received innovation\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">awards as Spear\u2019s Private Bank of the Year and Euromoney\u2019s Best Overall Bank. When she was in the 3 rd \u00a0grade, she built a time\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">machine out of a refrigerator box. \u00a0It was a disappointing failure, but it marked the first of\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">her many adventures into disrupting the status quo. As Vice President of Global Brand Management at Gap, Inc. she was\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">responsible for aligning the product, retail, online, advertising and merchandising efforts\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">for the four Gap brands around the world. As Entrepreneur-in- Residence at eBay, she\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">led the creation of an innovative social e-commerce platform.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">At Humana, Busy founded the company\u2019s strategic investing practice, Humana Health\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ventures, and built a world-class team and reputation in healthcare venturing and\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">innovation in a single year. In 2017, she was named to the Global Corporate Venturing\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(GCV) Powerlist, placing her among the top 100 corporate venture leaders in the world.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Every year, she and her team meet with hundreds of healthcare startups, innovators and\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">investors to identify the most-promising partners and innovative opportunities for\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Humana.
