She started the Social Work program at CareMore Health 11 years ago, were she began addressing the social determinants of healthcare.\u00a0Robin is currently serving as CareMore Health\u2019s first Chief Togetherness Officer to combat loneliness in the senior population. As the Chief Togetherness Officer, Robin leads the program to ensure that loneliness is addressed as a treatable condition. As a result of Robin\u2019s work to integrate the Togetherness program into CareMore\u2019s clinical model, the program is now being launched to Anthem Medicare members.\u00a0Since the inception of the Togetherness program in 2017, Robin has spoken at the national HIMSS conference, Health 2.0, and Stanford Medicine X on addressing loneliness and social isolation in the healthcare setting. She is a member of the Los Angeles Social Isolation and Loneliness Coalition and is published in the AJMC. In this newly created role, Dr Schneider drives patient centricity and integration of the voice of the patient throughout the lifecycle of medicines and their development. Just prior to this she worked with the CMO on Medical Strategy and has held other leadership roles in Medical Affairs and Medicine Development at Pfizer.<\/p>\n<p>Dr Schneider received her Bachelor of Science from the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education of the City College of New York, MD from Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and later her MSc in Pharmaceutical Medicine from Hibernia College.<\/p>\n<p>Dr Schneider is a retired Clinical Professor of Medicine of Albert Einstein College of Medicine, an Internist, Pulmonologist, Intensivist, and cared for patients at Beth Israel Medical Center, NY, for twenty years. She presented and published primarily in the areas of pulmonary complications of HIV infection, venous thromboembolic disease, medical ethics and medical education. Dr Schneider was a Program Director for the Fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care, the Residency in Internal Medicine, and Assistant Chair of the Department of Medicine. She is a fellow of both the American College of Physicians and the American College of Chest Physicians where she Chairs the Clinical Research Network. The swim pieces in the local shops did not offer pockets for her prosthetic and the suits were too revealing. Dana went to medical supply shops to find the swimsuits offered to patients were not fashion forward or comfortable. She decided to research and see if there was a need. Dana would discover there was a need for comfortable swimwear that was fashion forward yet also had the right components for those who needed coverage and a pocket for a swim form. Hulabelle was then created and has been helping young women find swimwear for their summer months since 2016. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Dana has been battling breast cancer on and off since her original diagnosis. She has been through chemotherapy and radiation multiple times. She is living with breast cancer as a chronic condition. She has decided living in the moment and enjoying each day is the best gift she can give herself.
