Deepali Narula

Deepali Narula is an Associate Partner in McKinsey’s Dallas office. She has extensively experience serving both payors and providers on a broad range of strategy and operations topics. Deepali co-leads provider-led health plan service line and is a leader in revenue cycle management. She focuses her knowledge efforts on revenue cycle management and implications of value-based care for providers including IDNs (e.g., population health management, providers taking on risk, implementation of prioritized use cases for providers). She has deep understanding of hospital, physician RCM space, customer pain points/barriers to entry and sales channel dynamics as well as vendor landscape.

Prior to McKinsey, Deepali was at Accretive Health where she helped multiple providers streamline their Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) function. She also ran back-end shared service operations and analytics for RCM. Before that, she was in analytics division in consumer finance business of General Electric. Deepali has a Bachelors and Masters in economics from Delhi University, India and an MBA in general management from The Tuck School of Business-Dartmouth.
