Mike leads Human Experience at Bind, the nation’s first-ever on-demand health insurance model. Mike first learned about the power of great customer experience while working at American Express. He applied those lessons to health care as the chief architect of the member experience for Definity Health, and helped instill a consumer focus at UnitedHealth Group while leading the Definity Health business after its acquisition by UHG. At Geisinger Health and in his consulting work, Mike’s commitment to the consumer and their experience was, and continues to be, a driving force.
