Laurel Fuqua is a RN with over 25 years experience in chronic care and new product innovations. Early in her career, she practiced as a diabetes clinical specialist, and was AADE Diabetes Educator of the Year. She is currently Sr. VP of Population Health & Care Innovations for InSpark Technologies, Inc., a diabetes digital health firm. Over the years, she has held several executive & leadership positions in the chronic care, high risk population, medical device & care management industries. She is considered an expert on the integration of care and technology solutions and has won several awards for her work in the design & implementation of innovative chronic care services and products. She resides in San Diego area and plays with dolphins whenever possible.
