As a medical industry executive and leader within the healthcare sector, Mr. Wilkins has repeatedly
driven transformation. He has turned around revenue and operations, spurring technology integration
and focusing teams on value and quality service to patients, physicians, and consumers.
Mr. Wilkins currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer at Atlantic Health
System. Prior to joining Atlantic Health System, he led the commercial operations teams at Quest
Diagnostics, $9B for profit leading organization, building high-level business relationships and employing
diagnostic technology and innovation to empower better health with diagnostics insights and actionable
data. Mr. Wilkins served as Board Directors for St. Joseph Hoag Health – Providence St Joseph Health where he served as initial Board Chairman leading governance design, board planning, and destination metrics for this $3.4B nonprofit regional healthcare
network. He has served on various Board committees as a trustee from Executive, Medical Executive,
Nomination, Quality and Safety committees. He has served in various governance roles for 15 years
at Providence St Joseph Hoag Health.
Mr. Wilkins also served as Chair of the California Hospital Association (CHA) Governance Forum, and
was a member of the Governor’s Office of Health Equity Advisory Committee for the California
Department of Public Health, he was also a member of the Board of Trustees for the American Hospital
Association. He currently serves as a member of the America Hospital Association’s Committee on
Strategy and Innovation and its Board for the Institute for Diversity and Equity.
