She and her team set the digital voice and tone of Sharp HealthCare, build engagement among the public and more than 17,000 employees, manage the execution of digital newsroom Sharp Health News and provide exceptional social care through Sharp’s newly built Customer & Media Engagement Center. Prior to joining Sharp, Balanky spent more than 14 years as a digital journalist and editor at The San Diego Union-Tribune.
