Justin has an aptitude for… “Devising simple solutions to complex problems.” Known as the fashion-forward “creative guy” on the team, Justin is motivated by driving change while challenging the way things have always been done. It’s no wonder his life motto is “adopt, adapt and improve.” Charged with leading the research efforts of the aptitude pilot, he was instrumental in collecting candid feedback, which helped validate the concept and cement aptitude as a progressive, thought-leading brand in the minds of customers. Previously, Justin served as senior director of strategy & marketing at VHA, playing a pivotal role in developing and implementing the go-to-market approach for the highly successful VHA LYNX. He has also worked closely with suppliers to discuss strategies, hone messages and initiate campaigns designed to increase contract penetration within healthcare organizations. Justin has experience outside the healthcare industry, too – from food service manager at Six Flags Over Texas (his first “real job”) to his work at News Corporation, where he helped establish and market cable networks like FOX Sports Net, FX and National Geographic.
